Some of the old ones were not able to close the valve completely and were not straight positioned anymore. So I decided to use the more solid new ones. However with 2 of 7 valve actuators it went wrong after the update to the latest device version. And both went offline and show no led status anymore. The question now is: is it a device that need an RMA ? Can it be recovered by a specific intervention ? The cabling is correct en there is enough power on tree. It recogniized the valve actuators at startup but failed after restart. Or did I do a misconfig ? Looking forward to your reply.
