In may 2024 I installed an NFC Code Touch next to my apartment's door to unlock and disable the alarm. The backlight is automatically enabled when a presence sensor detects too little ambient light. This means the LEDs are enabled every night till morning.
I recently noticed that the LED behind 2 digits are as good as dead. Another one has started to flicker a bit.
I use LEDs in a lot of projects, and it's my impression that these should last a lot longer than this, especially in such an expensive piece of equipment...
Does anyone else have this issue? Is this repairable at all?
