Pioneer operate withIP

I cant connect to my Pioneer VSX-S510 throug loxone. By Hercules (small TCP client program), i can send operating commands. When I try the same with loxone the AMP recive nothing.

Can someone help me?

I control Pioneer VSX-922 through LAN. Create virtual output for Pioneer and then you can use predefined commands for Pioneer AVR in Loxone config

I wonder if you could test/confirm two things for me?!

I am thinking of getting the same receiver as you but I would like to know if it has the two features I need.

1. Dose the S510 have absolute volume commands?
Example send "Vol 50", to adjust the volume with a command with an absolute value (some Pioneers only have "Vol Up" - and "Vol Down")

2. Do you know if S510 have the capability to actively push status changes (e.g. changes done directly on the receiver) without the need to call a poll command?

I would appreciate if you can help me answer these two question!

Hi Joachim,

The S510 has no absolute volume control.
With the loxone server I can directly send a command. Turn on the amplifier and then start te internet radio is working properly. At the moment is this the only thing I use. Jelle

Can anybody confirm if Pioneer VSX-1131 has absolute volume commands and push status changes (see my post above)?!
