I put them in context, I have 2 rooms, in each room I have a function block with the name "main_light", the problem comes from using the following command:

http://IPminiserver/dev/sps/io/main_light/on

This command does not work for me, I realized that it is because I have 2 blocks with the same name, because if I rename one of the blocks the command works perfectly.

Time is where my question comes from, is there a way to solve this without changing the name of the block? I do not know if there is a way to position myself in the room inside the url so that the command knows which room to interact with.

Don’t know why you cannot rename the blocks, but you also can use the input number (if it’s an input, e.g. VI34 - look at the properties of the block), or the UID from the config xml.

For every block, you have a "Name" and a "Description" field.
If you fill the "Description" field, this one is used in the visu, and you can use any "Name" you like. Make all names unique, and use the description to label your blocks for the visu.
