Loxone caller service unreliable

I activated the Loxone caller service trial before I purchase a year caller service key.
I set up everything in my Loxone config project as it should be (knowledge base).
But mentioned the alarm caller service call to my cellphone (0032496xxxxxx) was not received always.

I create a simple Loxone config to monitor the Loxone caller service reliability (Loxone config with simple test in attachment).
A switch, with output the caller service to my cellphone and as input the caller key press "1" to reset the switch to "off" position.
I used this basic test to perform a test occasionally.
I mentioned the same result, not every caller service trigger is received on my cellphone.

Which makes the Loxone caller service unreliable to use as an additional alarm notification
Any other noticed the same issue already?

Loxone ticket is already created, I will keep this forum thread up to date with their feedback / response...

You should ask Loxone, as they very likely have a log.

Created a Loxone ticket 7 days ago, still no response
So want to ask the community for similar / related issues in the meantime.

Will keep this forum thread up to date with the response from Loxone (root cause).
