    User defined intercom external audio

    Hi,

    I have an user defined intercom configured and connected it to an akuvox E12W Doorphone.
    Everything is working fine except for the external audio.

    My Doorphone is registered to an external SIP server (sip2sip.info) and my host for the external audio is configured as sip2sip.info.
    for the user i entered the user that the doorphone uses to register on the SIP server.
    I forwarded port 5060-5061 to the ip of my doorphone in the router.

    i do get the video when on 4G, but the audio does not connect.
    Anyone who can help me to get this working?

    hi, did you find a solution to this? if so would you mind explaining/posting some screenshots? currently trying to configure Akuvox audio myself

      Hi,

      I did not get it to work properly.
      Took it of the wall and replaced it with a doorbird that worked perfectly within 30mins.

      When i asked support from Akuvox they replyed that they could not help with any Loxone related things.
      There firmware updates made it even worse.
