    New loxberry install break unifi-system

    Hello

I've received my Raspberry Pi 4B 4Gb this week and am trying to get loxberry up and running. I followed the steps from the installation-guide on my Windows-pc and added the network.txt file to the sd-card. But it just won't work, to make matters worse it even breaks my unifi-network-system ... A few seconds after providing power to the raspberry my network will fail, forcing me to reboot he Unifi dreammachine and USW

Any help would be much appreciated.

Wrong IP address in network.txt (used twice)? Why don‘t you use dhcp and cabled network?

The IP-address I used wasn't in use. The first time I tried was without creating a network.txt-file and just let DHCP do it's work, but that had the same result ... my unifi-setup just stops working. When I plug the micro-sd-card back in my computer it will also give me an error that the card needs formatting. But I'm guessing that is to be expected.

Yes, SDCard is normal behaviour. So I cannot help. Loxberry cannot "destroy" your network. Especially if you use dhcp. Problem must be on the network side.

This is becoming more and more weird...
          • I flashed Pi OS Lite to a memory card ... same thing happened. Unifi crashed.
          • I installed my old Asus RT-AC86U, hooked up the loxberry ... It went down as well, had to reset.

So I ordered new 32 GB micro SDHC-cards and managed to get my hands on a new raspberry pi 4B 4GB. Turns out the old one was defective. I'm now able to boot Raspberry Pi OS, but not Loxberry. It won't show up in the router (Unifi no longer crashes though). The sd-card lights blinks every 8s and 33s intermittently.

I tried flashing both the latest 2.2 and 2.0v with a windows and mac laptop. I tried unmounting it from the rack and booting without any of the rack's extras. Is there some error-log I can consult? Something else to help diagnose the issue?

Great that worked, thanks! What's the difference with the latest version?
