PIN/Login

Dear all,
I am trying to install a plugin without success, keeps saying pin is wrong.
I have tried to ssh in with putty to delete the securepin.dat file and again it will not allow me to using the default login and passwords.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Deleting securepin.dat is not enough, you have to copy securepin.dat.default to securepin.dat

Make sure to set permissions and ownership correctly.

After coping, secure pin is 0000

Unfortunately I can't access securepin.dat to replace it. Putty not accepting login

Login as user loxberry and use „su“ to get root access. Direct root access is forbidden because of security reasons.

I can't login which is the problem, just get access denied. Default login has not been changed.
