Hello,
I am still a bit confused here...

Initially I wanted to get mvhr system ie to install unit, design ducts etc.

I was told there is option to have a zonal system with some other fancy things... And so troubles started...

The company initially offering mvhr doesn't have any skill contol zenheider units in a smart way... Integrating with loxone.

So I am wondering if can anyone advice how to approach whole thing.

With this Plugin you will get nearly full control (and information) over/from your Zehnder Qxxx System.
As stated, the Plugin runs on a Loxberry , Loxberry is a Plugin-Plattform for Raspberry Pi, and other SBC (RockPi, Odroid and much more) even Virtual Machines.
The ComfoConnect plugin then communicates on one side over MQTT with whatever MQTT Broker you use (usually the Loxberry Build in) and on the other side with a Zehnder ComfoConnect LAN C Interface that is itself connected to a Zehnder Qxxx System and LAN.
The Loxberry additionally supports the integration of MQTT into the Loxone Miniserver infrastructure by using UDP and/or HTTP communication. That is how we be able to get the whole system into the Loxone Universe.

Another (not Loxone Way) would be to use one of the various DIY ESP32 projects out there that connects directly to the Zehnder CAN bus.
