Is LoxWiki broken?

Hi,

I wanted to share some of my recent learnings on Loxone to LoxWiki, hopefully would be useful to the community. However, it doesn't seem possible. Since I didn't have an account there I created one. After creation I get immediately logged out. While logging in, I immediately get a notification I don't have access rights to create page and I get logged out. I tried 3 different logging options (Gmail, Apple and plain email and all work in the same way). Is the Wiki broken or I'm just "holding it wrong"?

I don‘t have problems with my account. Maybe there is a Problem with a Cookie? Try another browser, inkognito / privat mode, or reset web site settings.

Thanks for the suggestions! Unfortunately it doesn't work either. I tried within an incognito mode, other browser, disabled all extensions (such as ad-blockers). I either got "Internal server error" or the previous error I mentioned in my first post. I am able to login into Atlassian profile without any problem.

Would it be possible that loging in doesn't work for new users only? Is there a Wiki admin here I could ask?

P.S. I also tried it on iOS, on a different network, no ad-blockers and different DNS just to be sure.

I just tried to register a new user and got exactly the same problems you've described. Unfortunately I'm not an admin, but here's the list:

Generally there can be problems if the account you use is already used with any other Atlassian Cloud product/application. The reason is, the administrators of the other products you use can restrict the account to only the application you first registered the account for.

So the first step is to verify if the account you use really belongs to you or to another application/company.

You always can creat a completely new Atlassian account, using this one for loxwiki should work.

If this doesn’t work either, send me a PN with your email and I can create an account for you.

Hi Max and Jan, thanks for checking on that! I have created 2 new accounts on Atlassian, with emails not tied to any other A. acount just to test it but it doesn't work either. I'm going to PM Max with mail email, hopefully with his help I'd get the access.

FYI, after Max had created me an account I was able to log in with no problem. Thanks for all the help!

It seems self registration is not longer possible, at least at the moment, sorry.
I have asked for support on how to enable this again (can not find it in admin console)
