order of items in the apps: stars not working?

Hello,

I'm trying to change to order of the items in the apps, using the stars that are part of the property of an item. I have given some items 10 stars, others 9, etc. However, the order is still the alphabetical order...
How do you use those stars to change the order?

In application setting (tablet, phone, web) you can set how items are sorted - either alphabetically or based on stars...
