Need Help Connecting To Loxone Miniserver

    Hello,
My Loxone Miniserver was set up 2 years ago, but a few days ago my ISP upgraded my router. The miniserver is plugged in with a CAT-6 cable, same as before in the new modem, and the data transfer light is pinging, yet in the app it shows no miniserver found and I'm on the same wifi network as the Miniserver is plugged into directly (modem).

    Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply, but just stumbled over it right now.
Had the same issue with a fried a few months ago.

The most likely reasons is the following. Your MS is set up with a static IP address. Very likely, your new router uses a different IP addresses range than your old one. The result is that your MS is not visible in your router, in fact, it is not connected to your LAN.
What you need to do is to find out your static IP address of your MS. You can see your static IP address in the Loxone app and in Config when you log in. Once you know it, log into your new router's web interface and change the IP address range it creates to that of your MS.
For example, your MS has the static IP address: 192.168.2.19
Your new router now creates a subnet of 192.168.10.x or maybe 10.0.1.x
Then you need to change the subnet to 192.168.2.x
After that, it should work again.
Alternatively, you can connect directly your notebook to the MS using a CAT cable and change the IP address then. Details on the Loxone webpage. But that is more complicated.
