Getting an Akuvox E12W to work on loxone

Hi,

I have a Akuvox E12W Door Phone and want to get it working on my loxone.
For now it only works partially:

• What is working now:
  • url videostream (internal)
  • url videostream (external)
  • audio (internal
• what is not working:
  • picture on ringing
  • audio external

The picture when ringing used to work, but after an update of the doorphone it no longer worked. The url does show a still image in a webbrowser and the username and password are correct since the live stream is working and that uses the same username.

Is there anyone that can help me with this?

Haben Sie Ihre Netzwerkeinstellungen und Gerätespezifikationen überprüft? Versuchen Sie gegebenenfalls, beide Geräte neu zu starten und sicherzustellen, dass sowohl die E2W- als auch die Loxone-Software auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

I have checked the networksettings.
Both devices are on the latest firmware.
and I have already rebooted both devices.
