Energy flow monitor-strange behaviour -> home generating energy instead of consuming

    Dear All,

Below you can find a screen shot of the actual situation:

As you can see I am exporting 1,6kW to the net, and I am pretty sure that my car in not delivering any energy to the net (disconnected). On top of this I have checked in detail de PV energy delivery value and this is also in line with the app of the PV invertor. The battery is also 100% in idle status, so also no energy exported into the house or towards the net.

But my home is 'generating 990W????? I have checked everything, and of course I have no hidden energy generators.
Where is this now coming from and how can this be solved. I have a 3phase - 400V grid connection.

This problem is completely ruining my graphs, so my EMS is not reliable.

I am using the Loxone P1 device in Belgium.

Any ideas, since I am completly lost....

Use the Config tool and enable the Live View to watch all energy counters assigned to the flow monitor and all energy sources and sinks.

It doesn't imagine things, I'm pretty sure something is giving wrong numbers.

      Many Thanks Grestorn,

I have looked in the Live view the last 3 days to find the route cause of this, but I could find it. The PV panel are sending a negative value (delivering). The P1 values (grid import/export) are looking fine. It is only the rest value which is calculated in the wrong way.
I even removed the indication ‘rest view’ but still the overall net import/export has still a gap, as it looks that my house is generating energy.
Up to now no idea what the reason for this is.

But many thanks already for your reply.

That's really odd. I've been using the Energy Flow component for years, and it always added up correctly. The "Rest" is just a compensator if the sum of all inputs and all outputs doesn't match.

A common cause is that an input value is actually counted as an output or vice versa.

Could you make a screenshot of your config showing all inputs and outputs with Live-View enabled, and a screenshot of the config of the flow component itself (double-click)?

          Hi,

Yesterday evening, after again 2 hours of reviewing the Config, I took the decision to remove the flow monitor, and to start from scratch.

Guess what? The problem was gone for one evening and all energy monitors flows were completly in line with what I had in mind.
Now looking this morning to my energy flow monitor AGAIN the house is generating energy back as before.
So why was this working fine yesterday, and this morning not??????

This evening I will create some screenshots of my Config settings.
