I will see two Problems. 1. we will you change the SD Card? 2. you have no Reserve in your installation.

The list of materials is:
automation: Loxone;
switches: Eaton;
cabinet: Schrack Technik (family: Modul 2000);
terminal blocks: Phoenix Contact;

1. Indeed - this is a small fault.
When I was designing the cabinet (on the CAD software) - I didn't thought about it.
I learned about it, when I the cabinet was finished lying on the table due the pre-programming and I needed to replace the SD card.
The replace of the card is possible but could be simpler...

2. Indeed - we had a limited space for the cabinet and we used it to the maximum.
If we need to add something - we will use the Loxone Air.

Hi Simon,

I don't understand which device You are asking about - in these cabinet we don't have any voltage protectors (if You mean SPD)

Could you tell me which phoenix contact terminals you are using? There seem to be a few different types.

Hi Rob,

for the signals we are using: PTRV 8 BU/RDWH and PTRV 8-PV /BK.
For other: PT 4-PE/3L, PTI 4-PE/L/N, and the terminals from UT family.

Can you tell me if you tried to keep the 230V AC cabling apart from the low voltage (24VDC) cabling and if so which side of the cabinet you run it.(in the vertical trunks?)

Hi heriek,

we are trying to separate the 230VAC from low voltage (on the left side goes the main voltage on the right the 24VDC).

According to standards: there is a possibility to put two voltages in one trunk but the insulation of the cables should be the same.
