In answer to a couple of queries on this thread, you can get round both the command recognition problem with on/off in the JSON file and resolve the access token issue:

1. Select Settings
2. Select Application Settings
3. Tick the box to disable access token authentication
4. Select 1/0 as the API boolean output instead of on/off
