Prof. Smarthome: 1x Miniserver Gen. 2, 3x Relay Extensions, 1x Tree Extension, 1x DI-Extension, 1x Air Base Extension, 8x RGBW Tree Dimmer, 9x Touch-Tree, 1x Nano DI Tree, 10x Tree BWM

duncan Can you please update to "Latest" and try again to create a backup and restore it. There where several bugs still which I closed now. Hopefully it works. Unfortunately I cannot test anymore because no working raspberry here.🇺🇦 Hilfe für die Menschen der Ukraine: https://www.loxforum.com/forum/proje...Cr-die-ukraine

Kommentar

so i updated to the lastest commit tonight and it made things worse initially - a popup tells me backup is disabled because it cant find boot/firmwareduncan Can you please update to "Latest" and try again to create a backup and restore it. im using a pi5 with trixie and a microsd card so this isnt true
im testing just a fresh install of trixie plus loxberry, no additional software or plugins loaded at this stage.
however once i dismissed the popup the backup ran properly and after flashing the backup.img to a different card the loxberrry booted up properly or so it seemed
but, clicking on the various menu items led to
"Software error:
CRITICAL: One of your configuration files (general.cfg, mail.json, installpin.dat, securepin.dat) exists but have zero size. LoxBerry is not working in this condition.
Please check if your SD card is full. If you have fixed the issue, delete all of the mentioned files that have 0 Bytes so LoxBerry can re-create them, or restore them from a backup.
Sorry for any troubles. We love you!
Depending of what you have done, report this error to the plugin developer or the LoxBerry-Core team.
Further information you may find in the error logs."
