Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Beta Update. Bekomme nach dem Update immer noch die Alte Konfig Seite vom Ms4lox. Was könnte da schief gelaufen sein.
Meine Hardware ist ein NUC7JYH2 mit Debian 10.4.0

Is there a known issue with the powermanager in 1.06 beta ?
In 1.05 the powermanager was working fine. (I did do a clean install to 1.06)

Now it only works +-2 times out of 10...when doing a TCPdump and analysis with wireshark nothing leaves from the music server to the relaycard (http)
Tried several reboots but still same issue.
Could do http output via the music block in Loxconfig, but prefer keeping it all in MS4L.

10 external zones (real squeezebox players)

started with a clean install of debian 10.3 and the first beta1, then upgraded through each beta update to the current 1.06
as i said it all works beautifully except the equaliser which reverts to flat each time the squeezelite players are restarted via an update or machine restart/reboot

So I think that I have an answer...

Good evening,
I don't know but I'm trying the second night and still a wall problem when updating

The reason is simple...
I stopped download of the beta install/update.
The reason is that may uninvited users install the beta, that is only for users that a part of the closed beta.
It is hard enough to support all the different systems your use, and I can't do that also for the beta version.
That is why I only share the beat with known users/systems.

I will come soon with an release, that is open for everybody again.

Tried everthing I could to find a connection to the from Squeezelite-Update to EQ Settings but din´t get any failures.
I´m sure you send me before, but can you send me again the internal/external zones and soundcards you use. Thanks.

tried to night a fresh installation on 10.4, from "net install iso" work like expected.
So looks like the used iso was the issue.

No, I add the languages. This is not an automated process

more languages can be seen in the API documentation. Does that have anything to do with it?

By your self you can't.
I add the languages if I see a need.

it didnt lose settings when updating linux, and didnt lose settings when updating LMS, if thats any help, and restarting the server doesnt lose the equaliser settings either

im currently running 1.06 beta and its very stable, but if i update squeezelite then all zones lose their current equaliser settings
i can reload them from saved favourites which havnt got lost, just the current settings for each zone

The Squeezelite-Update don´t do anything with settings. There is only stopping the Player compile the new Version from Git, replace the Squeezlite-Bin and start again all players.
Have is no idea what could happen here, because the is not the smallest connection to EQ. Will try to find...
